This year in the Hudson Valley, between June and September, weekly harvest boxes were provided by Sabellico's Greenhouses & Florist. The boxes contained a beautiful mix of certified organic fruits and vegetables. Nicole Harris, a local whole-food nutritionist, offered her expertise to craft recipes that paired with each weekly harvest box. After a successful season, the idea was then born to compile all the recipes into a cookbook. Honoring mother earth and lessening our footprint, Nicole decided to write an ebook that would be available for all to download. It is here that you can now collect all the recipes from the 2019 harvest box season to enjoy for years to come.
